These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulse IPTV. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Pulse IPTV provides a streaming subscription service delivered over the internet. Access requires a compatible device, a compatible player application, and a stable internet connection, which are the customer's responsibility to provide.
2. Subscriptions & Activation
Subscriptions are offered in different device tiers and durations, as described on our pricing page. Activation details are provided after payment is confirmed. Subscriptions are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed with our support team.
3. Payments
Payments are due at the time of order for the selected plan and duration. Prices are listed in euros (€) and are subject to change for future orders; changes do not affect an active subscription period you have already paid for.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a separate reseller agreement with us. You may not attempt to resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials outside the device limits of your plan.
5. Device Compatibility
While Pulse IPTV supports a wide range of internet-connected devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or configuration. Please confirm compatibility with our support team before subscribing if you are unsure.
6. Service Availability
We work to provide a stable and reliable service, but streaming quality and availability can be affected by factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device performance, and third-party network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms, including misuse of credentials or fraudulent payment activity.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
